Essential Functions |

- Collect on past due accounts by making outgoing collection calls via telephone |
|
- Communication with internal business partners on collection issues |
|
- Manage customer account resolution including short pays and payment disputes |
|
- Releasing credit hold orders - occasional after standard business hours. |
|
- Fax customer invoices, statements, and proof of deliveries |
|
- Performs other duties as assigned. |
