Curbtender's Territory Service Representative (TSR) assists dealers and end-users in service training, troubleshooting, maintenance, and warranty repair of Curbtender's brand of mobile hydraulic equipment (including refuse collection trucks, street sweepers, and grapple loading trucks).
Curbtender's customers rely on the TSR for troubleshooting assistance, failure analysis, problem solving, and warranty approval. The TSR must be equally proficient at handling key account management with fleet managers and able to roll up sleeves and provide hands-on warranty repair assistance when needed. The TSR will be responsible for providing warranty service assistance, developing and conducting service training, and warranty approval for Curbtender's Western Region dealers and end-users. This position allows for a flexible home location, though preference will be given to candidates located in the Dallas area.
Duties
- Warranty investigation and determination.
- Troubleshoot mobile hydraulic equipment (remotely or in-person).
- Assist with repairs on critical units during warranty period.
- Promote Curbtender's service parts business.
- Remotely assist customers with service or warranty questions.
- Key account management.
- Prepare and provide reports to company managers related to territory.
- Develop training curriculum.
- Conduct service training.
