We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual with a strong work ethic to join our team.
As a Customer Service -Merchant Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our merchants/clients in the Merchant Cash Advance space to ensure their needs are met. This is a great opportunity to join a woman owned dynamic and growing company in the Long Island (Shirley) area. This is a Full-time position. Monday through Friday,
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with merchants via phone, email, and text to address inquiries, and resolve payment issues.
- Analyze merchant needs and recommend appropriate action on all accounts.
- Assist merchants with account questions, payments/ arrangements, and additional funding.
- Conduct onboarding calls for newly funded accounts.
- Obtain and review bank documentation to help the needs of the account
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times
- Monitoring portfolio for clients
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure merchant/ client satisfaction
- Meet or exceed performance goals and targets
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but willing to train
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with merchants and clients
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Proficient in data entry and computer applications including outlook & excel
