Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Hauppauge, NY. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Sales Support Representative for quote creation and customer/stakeholder interaction.
• Independent and coordinated work with the sales team and company.
• Multitasking between internal and external portals, programs and systems.
• Cradle to grave administrative support for our Sales Team.
• Extensive interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as the main point of contact between Client and our customers.
• Respond to customer requests for quotes (RFQs) by gathering necessary details on products, quantities, delivery timelines, and special requirements.
• Manages RFQ's placed directly or Via Customer Portals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, product availability, and sourcing.
• Track quotes sent to customers and follow up to convert quotes into confirmed orders.
• Ensure clients remain satisfied and loyal by consistently meeting or exceeding expectations.
• Show a flexible approach to problem-solving, recognizing that different customers may have different expectations or solutions.
• Identify and suggest improvements to the quoting and order fulfilment process to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Learn skills and responsibilities across various departments or functions to support team goals and enhance overall performance.

Pay: $24.00 - $34.00/hr

Hours: 40 hrs/week

Required Skills:
