Who You Are:
Under the general supervision of the Director of Patient Intakes and Information, the office manager oversees theoverall functions of the company office to ensure maximization of patient satisfaction and departmentneeds/goals. The Office Manager creates and maintains an atmosphere of warmth and positive emphasis for allstaff members and patients.
What You'll Do:
• Performing administrative duties such as filing and updating records, among others, as needed.• Supervising staff and all front desk activities including bookings, appointments, phone calls, and emails.• Oversees processing and maintaining of patient records. • Tending to client complaints and questions and providing exceptional customer service.• Ensuring that the front desk and office areas are kept clean and organized.• Reports to Director daily for overview of the day and to address any pressing matters that arise. • Maintain front desk office equipment.• Coordinates with other department heads to ensure smooth business flow.• Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of HIPAA, State and Federal guidelines/regulations.• Participates in the development and implementation of operating policies and procedures.• Performs other duties as assigned by Director of Patient Intake and Information.• Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operatingefficiently• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary• Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintainingcalendars, doing research, and creating reports
What You Bring:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare management setting• Knowledge of Federal and State guidelines for healthcare entities• MS Office Suite • Excellent communication skills• Ability to work successfully with a variety of personalities• Ability to learn quickly and independently• High degree of integrity and maturity• Enthusiasm for a challenge• Good understanding of procedures and practices in the industry.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Strong organizational and time management skills.• The ability to provide exceptional customer service.
