What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cultivation Packaging Associate I position at Curio Holdings LLC?
The Cultivation Packaging Associate is responsible for all aspects of plant processing from post-harvest through packaging and labeling of the final product ready for customer sale as outlined by the Curio management team. The Cultivation Packaging Associate will be trained in the use of equipment for trimming and packaging.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Remove sugar leaves from medical cannabis using shears, scissors, etc.
- Weigh, package, label, record/track medical cannabis for distribution by hand or using the Green Vault automated packaging machine
- Take instructions and assist with tasks delegated by the Management Team
- Work in a quick and efficient manner to meet daily goals
- Maintain a culture of professionalism and service
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Ensure daily compliance with policies including, but not limited to, state compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules
- Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure
