Job Title: 1099 Cultivation Facility Packaging Worker
Compensation: $14/hour
Job Type: Contract (1099)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Location: Las Vegas, NV 89119
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Worker to join our cultivation facility team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the packaging department, ensuring our products meet quality standards and are prepared for distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform packaging tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Follow standard operating procedures and quality control guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily packaging goals
Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid Agent Card for cultivation
- Previous packaging experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for 8 hours and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
