Job Description:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our cultivation team. As a Cultivation Facility Employee, you will play an integral role in maintaining the cleanliness and productivity of our grow operations. Responsibilities include:
- Resetting and cleaning grow rooms after harvests.
- Harvesting plants.
- Defoliating plants.
- Performing general cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
- Must possess a valid Cultivation Production Card.
- Previous experience in cultivation or similar roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Schedule:
- Day shifts.
- Weekend availability is required.

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
