Job Summary
The Associate Program Manager, Partnership Solutions is responsible for management of our client’s study recruitment, study scheduling and logistics for sensory insights research performed onsite at the client’s location, at Curion Consumer Testing Facilities, and in home testing. They will be responsible for managing daily operations and execution to drive effective consumer delivery for testing as well as coordinating consumer incentive payments.
The Associate Program Manager will be a leader in contributing to the team’s ongoing success by sharing knowledge, documenting scalable processes and procedures, and proactively suggesting improvements and solutions as they collaborate with and support all stakeholders.
Role Objectives
- Develop and grow clients’ consumer testing program by providing support to all initiatives
- Achieve audience requirements for all projects to deliver required quotas
- Mentor and develop cross functional team members by encouraging curiosity and growth and facilitating educational opportunities
Primary Job Duties
- Work closely with Project Managers to manage client expectations and ensure all project goals are met
- Manage all administrative aspects of study design and execution, including:
- Build audience lists to target initial invitations based upon client requirements
- Recruitment, confirmation calls
- Consumer schedule coordination and incentive management
- Screener and questionnaire development
- Schedule & attend recruitment briefings with client stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project requirements, including project parameters, specifications, dates, incentives, timing implications, and other related details
- Work with client sensory testing managers to coordinate changes to project specifications during recruitment and fielding phases
- Prepare database performance reports showing actual versus target audience registration, testing fill, and show rates
- Proactively communicate and escalate project status to teams regarding projects with low ratio of filled quotas
- Manage outbound communication to panelists (survey invites, reminders, texts, phone) following established protocols
- Optimize all existing tools to maximize panel management platform (RedJade) performance
- Create and promote efficiencies and improvements to create a positive consumer experience in all interactions
- Assist with developing and presenting client training
Qualifications
- 2 or more years in the conduct and executional aspects of consumer or sensory testing.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field, or Associate’s degree plus relevant work experience
- Experience working with the public
- Must be comfortable interacting with consumers including applying product to their skin
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide specific instructions
- Strong data set analysis and reporting experience
- Proactive project management skills in market research, ideally both in qualitative and quantitative project execution, preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in database platforms (RedJade preferred)
- High professional integrity with a strong orientation toward teamwork, communication and leadership
- Strong skills around strategic thinking, project management and problem resolution
For Curion’s Associate Program Manager position, we offer a starting salary range of 50,000-66,000 based on the qualifications and experience of each individual. Curion offers a benefits package for this position which includes:
