What are the responsibilities and job description for the Art Director position at Curious Plot?
OVERVIEW
Responsible for conceiving and supervising creative design, conceptual ideas and omnichannel campaign deliverables within business groups. Directs and develops final visual image that communicates the organization’s marketing objectives. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected with cross platform ideas, expertise and executions required.
RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILLS
- Generate clear ideas and concepts in collaboration with the team.
- Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to full design across all platforms.
- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience.
- Proficient use of Adobe Suite or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
- Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines.
- Present completed ideas to clients/team members.
- Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices.
- Ability to work on an integrated team with strong communication and presentation skills.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 5 years of proven experience.
- Agency experience a plus. Digital experience an added plus.
- Portfolio/Body of work examples.
BENEFITS & COMPENSATION
The pay range is $70,000 - $100,000
