As an Art Director at Ebenezer Senior Living, you’ll lead the creative vision for our marketing campaigns, ensuring everything aligns with our brand and goals. You’ll craft high-impact design concepts that span digital, print, and social media, collaborating with the rest of our talented marketing team to bring these ideas to life across all platforms.
The Art Director is responsible for leading the creative vision and execution of marketing campaigns and branding initiatives at Ebenezer. This role develops high-level design concepts and visual strategies that align with the organization’s marketing goals and ensures a consistent brand presence across all channels. Reporting to the Corporate Director of Marketing and Communications, the Art Director works collaboratively with graphic designers, digital designers, content creators/writers, and marketing project managers/strategists to translate ideas into impactful visual assets. The Art Director acts as a creative leader and mentor to the design team, ensuring quality and innovation in all creative outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Creative Direction: Develop and steer the visual strategy for marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand and objectives.
- Design Innovation: Create bold design concepts that can be adapted across multiple channels, from digital and print to social media.
- Collaborative Execution: Work closely with marketing strategists/project managers, graphic designers, digital designers, and other team members to bring creative ideas to life seamlessly.
- Mentorship & Guidance: Provide feedback and direction to designers, helping them refine and elevate their work to meet high standards.
- Visual Storytelling: Partner with marketing project managers and strategists to turn campaign goals into visually compelling narratives.
- Quality Control: Review and approve final creative assets, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and uphold quality.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with the latest design trends and technologies to bring fresh, innovative ideas into our work.
- Creative Collaboration: Contribute actively to brainstorming sessions, offering creative solutions to marketing challenges.
- Expert Level Organization and Tech Skills: You know Adobe Creative Cloud applications like the back of your hand, can manage projects in a campaign with grace and calm, and know your way around Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: Communications, Graphic Design, or marketing related
- Five or more years experience
- Ability to use technology in the form of computers, hand held devices, cell phone, fax machines.
- MS Office, SharePoint, Project Management Tools, Adobe Creative Cloud
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Degree: communications, Graphic Design, or marketing related
