What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Recruiter position at Curnel Solutions LLC?
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, Business or other related field
- Minimum of 4 years full-lifecycle recruiting experience with federal government contracting; knowledge of federal RFP / RFQ process and performance work statements required; minimum of 3 years recruiting in technical / IT candidates with all levels of government security clearances
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and utilization of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition
- Understanding of federal and state employment regulations, including DOL, EEOC and OFCCP guidelines
- Excellent time management and organization skill with the ability to work with little to no direction
- Ability to apply initiative, adapt to changing requirements, work effectively in a team environment and relate well to others
- Successful in placing high quality candidates through cold-calling passive candidates and direct sourcing via Boolean searches, use of social media technology and other recruiting tools
- Ability to recruit in a high volume, fast paced environment while maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Must be flexible and willing to take on more responsibilities as needed and devote time necessary to complete deadlines
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, work under pressure, coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines under stringent timelines with efficiency and attention to detail
- Ability to gauge job seekers' motivations and overall fit for the job in order to best negotiate offers and close desired candidates
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal) and the ability to regularly interact with Hiring Managers, Senior Leadership and C-Level Executives
- Remain in regular and close communication with candidate to answer any questions or address any concerns that arise. Relay feedback to hiring manager to keep him / her abreast of status and progress.
- Experience developing and implementing AAP programs, conducting diversity outreach and negotiating with recruitment vendors (i.e. job boards, hr tools, etc.).
