Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development is preferred
- 5 years' experience in Human Resources
- Knowledge of Human Resources software, preferably ADP 10.1
- Strong leadership, people management, and team building skills
- Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred
