Curren RV is now Curren Powersports! We are a family owned and operated dealer in Pine City, NY. We are looking for a hard working, detail oriented Title Clerk. We carry a variety of products including ATVs, SXSs, Motorcycles, Compact Tractors, Utility Trailers, Dump Trailers, Equipment Trailers, Cargo Trailer, and Car Trailers.
We have very high customer satisfaction due to our honest and straightforward sales process. We are able to assist customers with all aspects of the purchase. This includes financing, NY state inspection, titling, and registration making the process quick and painless for the customer.
This position works directly with our sales department to assist customers with financing their purchase and getting them road legal before pulling away.
Essential Job Functions:
- Assist sales with submission of credit applications
- Generate finance contracts, purchase agreements, and DMV paperwork
- Submit contract packages for funding
- Resolve error in a timely manor
- Enter and manage data in dealer management system and state DMV system
- Manage title, plate, and controlled form inventory
- Drop off and Pick up paperwork to the local DMV office weekly
- Assist office manager with data entry and filing
Essential Job Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required, college a plus
- Title Clerk or Finance Contract Experience preferred - willing to train
- Notary a plus
- Have strong motivational skills and ability to work independently and as a team
- Professional appearance and demeanor necessary
- Provide excellent customer service by displaying enthusiasm and strong communication skills with customers, peers and management
- Good computer skills
- Valid driver's license
- Approximately 40 Hours per week. Ability to work some Saturdays a plus.
