The Digital Payments Library (DPL) at Visa University requires a seasoned Product Manager to lead its strategy, development, and continuous improvement. As a product leader, you will oversee the vision, roadmap, and execution of DPL, aligning it with Visa University's broader learning objectives and client demands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the strategic direction for DPL and create detailed product roadmaps for features and content.
• Foster close collaboration with stakeholders to set and execute the product roadmap and long-term strategy.
• Develop and implement a content strategy for DPL, focusing on identifying new content opportunities and prioritizing high-quality learning materials.
• Define, prioritize, and deliver enhancements to the DPL platform, including technical features and user experience improvements.
• Work closely with technology teams to ensure timely execution and delivery of roadmap initiatives.
Requirements:
• 10 years of professional experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8 years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., MBA, JD, MD).
• 8 years of experience in product management, preferably in EdTech, digital learning, or content delivery platforms.
• Proven track record of developing product strategies, roadmaps, and executing them in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with learning management systems, content management systems, or similar platforms.
• Excellent collaboration and consensus-building skills within matrixed organizations.
