Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Director, People Business Partner to support the Global Risk Organization. The successful candidate for this role is client centric and comfortable navigating challenging forces in a fast-paced, dynamic payments space within an ever-changing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned to Risk's functions business strategy and objectives.
- Provide strategic partnership in the areas of organizational design, organizational development, and all people planning activities including succession planning, talent management, employee engagement, and change management.
- Build performance management capabilities by coaching leaders to enhance the capability of people leaders, effectively address performance issues, and deliver effective feedback.
- Partner with the People Team Centers of Expertise to deliver People Solutions to the business, including annual performance and compensation review, talent management and development, engagement survey and action plans, employee relations, and workforce planning.
Requirements
- 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD), or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD.
- 15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced degree, PhD with 9 years of experience.
- 12 years of human resources leadership with exposure to an innovative, agile business, one that continues to reinvent their business proposition.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
