We are looking for a Lead Coordinator to connect with potential customers and schedule appointments for our sales team. In this role, you will contact warm leads to assess customer needs, answer inquiries, and coordinate sales appointments—no cold calling required!
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone calls to introduce our company and products and services.
- Lead Qualification: Conduct thorough qualification of leads to determine their interest, needs, and potential as a customer.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for the sales team based on the availability and preferences of both the client and the sales representative.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, ensuring the information is current and relevant.
- Communication Skills: Clearly and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients, building interest and enthusiasm.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align goals, target markets, and strategies for lead generation.
Qualifications & Required Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service experience required; experience in telemarketing or lead generation is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage with customers and build rapport over the phone.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and scheduling tools (training provided).
