This is an exciting, high-profile position ideal for someone who wants to amplify our brand and products with our channel partners. As a Channel Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our sales and broader marketing teams, distribution and vendor partners who help execute and support our strategic programs.
Current offers a flexible work policy which provides employees with the opportunity to work collaboratively four days per week on site and one day virtually in our Greenville, SC HQ
Essential Responsibilities
- Evaluating and improving existing channel marketing strategies and implementing marketing plans.
- Analyzing market data, trends, consumer preferences, and competitor behavior to optimize marketing strategies.
- Gathering marketing campaign data, evaluating the impact of strategies, and reporting the results. This individual will also be providing recommendations accordingly.
- Own the development, administration and execution of the of market development funds for our channel partners.
- Manage the merchandise and display program, creating awareness and strengthening stocking programs with our channel partners.
- Manage promotions from planning, implementation, and reporting results.
- Deploying channel marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team, senior managers, and other departments.
- Managing all marketing campaign communications and establishing strong partner networks.
- Evaluate new channels to promote products and services, targeted advertising, social media platforms, emails, website contents. This individual will also be keeping track of and implementing the latest marketing technologies and techniques.
Qualifications
- BS degree in relevant field and 1 years’ experience in channel marketing, sales or account management.
- 2 years of experience in distribution, lighting manufacturer, or in a lighting agency.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with different functional teams internally and to external parties such as partners and suppliers.
- Strong project management skills and ability to multiple projects to meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Strong financial acumen. Must be able to perform basic analysis, reporting and manipulating data sets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI. Must be able to perform fundamental editing and design layout using Adobe Design Software.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, work with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Advanced ability to drive creativity and innovation.
- Experience creating marketing plans that build awareness and drive leads
- Experience across online and offline marketing channels
- Knowledge of current digital marketing technologies and techniques

Compensation
The position has a compensation package inclusive of base, bonus (if eligible), benefits, 401k contribution, time off, recognition awards and more. The salary range is $62,000-$76,000.
