What are the responsibilities and job description for the Concur Expense Administrator and Auditor position at Current Lighting Employee Co LLC?
As a Concur Expense Administrator and Auditor, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the Concur platform to ensure smooth and efficient travel and expense processes within our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting financial accuracy. This position is located at our Greenville, SC Headquarters.

Concur and Bank of America Platform Management:
- Proactively administer and maintain the Concur and Bank of America platforms, including Onboarding, offboarding and change user access, configuration, and system updates.
- Collaborate with IT and finance teams to troubleshoot any technical issues related to Concur and Bank of America.

Expense Report Processing:
- Proactively review and process employee expense reports submitted through Concur.
- Follow up with employees and supervisors for submission of open expenses and their approvals
- Verify receipts, coding, and adherence to company policies.
- Ensure timely and accurate reimbursement to employees.

Policy Compliance:
- Monitor compliance with company travel and expense policies.
- Identify discrepancies or policy violations and take appropriate actions.
- Provide guidance to employees on policy interpretation.

Auditing and Reconciliation:
- Conduct regular audits of expense reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Complete the unsubmitted reports for the employees on terminations
- Reconcile corporate credit card transactions and travel expenses.
- Investigate any irregularities or discrepancies.

Reporting and Analytics:
- Generate reports from Concur to track expense trends, analyze spending patterns, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with finance teams to provide insights for accounting report requirement and for budget planning.
- Produce and analyze various reports as required using Microsoft excel ( using Pivots, If statements etc.)

User Support and Training:
- Assist employees with Concur-related inquiries, including troubleshooting and training.
- Conduct training sessions for new users on expense submission and Concur features.

Continuous Improvement:
- Stay informed about Concur updates and enhancements.
- Prepare SOP documentations for the processes in use
- Propose process improvements to streamline expense management.
- Collaborate with Concur and IT team to update the audit processes periodically
- Assist buying group in negotiating rates annually with various preferred vendors

Experience and/or Training
- Previous experience administering Concur Expense Management system
- Previous experience with Concur Audit and Verify
- Previous experience auditing expense report in Concur
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Compensation
The position has a compensation package inclusive of base, bonus (if eligible), benefits, 401k contribution, time off, recognition awards and more. This salary range is $75,000 - $90,000.
