COMPANY AND POSITION OVERVIEW
Major Broadway venue owner-operator is seeking enthusiastic Food and Beverage Server/Runner with a love for theatre.
You will enthusiastically receive orders, prepare the orders for delivery to patrons in their seat at one of five ATG Entertainment Theater venues. Including, the order-taking and order fulfillment of food and beverage items. This task is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely and professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction. This role may require occasional service shifts. This role may include training as a bartender and future bartender shifts.
You will be joining a high-energy, detail focused team that plays a central role in keeping the Al Hirschfeld Theatre and the attractions playing there running safely and smoothly. You will work inside a collaborative, respectful, and driven company that's focused on providing the best experience for theatregoers and theatre-makers on Broadway.
PEOPLE, PLACES, and THINGS
- Previous experience as a front of house food service employee preferred
- Working knowledge of food and sanitation standards desirable
- Ability to walk up and down flights of stairs and stand for the duration of a shift
- Ability to lift/carry up to 20 lbs.
- Food handlers certified

COMPETENCIES
- Experience as a Server and Bar Back in a cocktail environment at an entertainment venue
- Tips Certification
- Serve Safe or similar food certificate
- Bilingual is a plus
