Overview:
The form setter assists in the production of concrete barriers using setting forms at our Eagle Precast facility. The Form Setter works with a team to prepare forms, fill them with concrete, and remove the concrete from the barriers once it has been set.

Daily Duties:
- Shovels concrete into forms
- Assist in patching
- Clean forms, set forms up to pour concrete
- Assist in pouring concrete into forms
- Tie and install rebar quickly and correctly.
- Strip concrete out of forms
- Help maintain a clean work area
- Make sure all proper safety procedures are followed
- Performs various tasks involving strenuous labor.
- Always make safety a priority.
- Comply with OSHA safety laws and regulations.
Position Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Attention to detail and advanced organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as within a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve practical problems, make logical decisions, and communicate ideas.

- Regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds. Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Environmental Conditions
