What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mental Health Recovery Coordinator position at Curtis and Associates Couseling?
The major purpose of the position is provide recovery management services to the mental health participants in the home and community- based services for adult mental health. Recovery Manager will have to develop the IRP for each participant, advocate, link, coordinate and monitor services on the IRP. The recovery manager will have to go to supervised living facility, assisted living facility and host home facility to provide recovery management services to each participant. Recovery Manager will have to complete required trainings provided by the state, before having access to the participant. Recovery Manager will have flexible hours to see the participants. Recovery Manager will be on call to serve the participants. Recovery Manager will have to have two years experience dealing with the severe mental ill population. Recovery Manager will need to have a Master in social service field. Recovery Manager will have to pass a criminal background.
