Curtis Homes LLC is a care provider for individuals with developmental disabilities. We are based out of Shasta and Butte County. We provide licensed care services to adults and children, and Supported Living Services to adults. In addition to this, we are vendored to provide a variety of supplemental services, such as individual and family training, enhanced behavioral supports, transportation, and others.

Position Summary
The Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing multiple programs within their assigned sector. They are responsible for supporting and developing their teams, ensuring high-quality client care, maintaining program standards, and achieving operational goals. The Operations Manager serves as a key link between frontline staff and upper management, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans and providing critical operational insights to inform higher-level decision-making.

Qualifications
- 2 years experience in field of developmental disabilities
- Familiarity with Regional Center & vendor system
- Physically able to be certified in crisis management and manage physical behaviors
- Able to be insured to operate company vehicles
- Certification in First Aid/CPR/AED
- Certification in Water Safety
- Employable in the State of California
- Able to pass a Live Scan background check
