OVERVIEW


Curtis Homes LLC is looking to recruit an individual to serve as Vice President (VP) over the Butte County sector. The position is structured to oversee particular service types and/or categories of services and/or specified regions of Curtis Homes LLC. This position is for the Vice President of Butte County Operations. The VP is the highest position in our structure, and this specific position will report to the Chief Development Officer (CDO). This role would currently oversee 8 programs, 8 managers, and over 70 employees. Their current management team consists of house managers, 1 director, and collectively they serve over 11 clients.

Position: Vice President of Butte County Operations

Type: FLSA Exempt, Salaried

Compensation: $83,200 starting

Work Arrangement: Full-time, self-directed scheduling, mobile office with hoteling.

QUALIFICATIONS


  • Minimum 5-10 years mid-to-senior level management experience providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities, as a Regional Center vendor.
  • Bachelor's degree or greater is highly preferred, and encouraged.
  • Extensive knowledge of relevant services, specialized care, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of superb decision-making and discernment.

      • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and risk management.
      • Prepare for and facilitate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and addressing any findings promptly.

      • Engage in and lead the development of new business through key partnerships with Regional Centers, Community Care Licensing, and other relevant entities.
      • Develop and submit proposals for new projects, grants, and funding opportunities to support sector growth.
      • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs, develop solutions, and enhance service offerings.
      • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve long-term business development goals.
