Sales Representative and Account Manager

Curtis Motor Sales on West Washington St. is looking for a full time sales associate and account representative to join our staff. With over 30 years in business, Curtis has been a staple of the west side of Indy when it comes to quality buy-here, pay-here vehicles.
Prospective employees will have plenty of inventory to work with when meeting the needs of our clients. Employees of Curtis enjoy being able to work with our customers from the point of contact to the financing to the final delivery inspection.

Along with working with new customers, prospective employees will have the opportunity to manage our existing accounts. Tasks could range from collections to referral programs.
Curtis takes pride in keeping a strong relationship with our customer base long after the day of sale. With several generations of Curtis clients on the road today, we feel it is extremely important to maintain the relationships that have already been established in addition to adding new clients.

Job applicants are expected to have strong communication skills and work in a professional manner. Our employees are always looking for ways to evolve our day to day strategies for not only themselves but the company as a whole. Persistent effort in growing as an employee and becoming better at their craft is something our employees work on every day.

Training will be provided by senior members of our staff. This training will include:

• Operating our company’s software
• Sales and account management strategies
• Collections
