CSR and Laundromat Attendant

You will handle customer drop off and pickup orders. You will help with laundromat wash and fold orders and light cleaning of machines.

This is a position for a team-oriented person who enjoys working with people and is eager to learn. You will communicate with customers, managers, coworkers, face to face, on the phone and occasionally via computer. A neat and professional appearance is a plus.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide excellent customer service and communication in person and phone
• Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance
• Be consistently at work and on time
• Know and understand English
• Work on a computer using Windows based Operating System
• Handle customer pick up and drop off items
• Provide quotes upon request
• Detail and enter orders into computer database
• Organize, scan and rack orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Report customer complaints to management
• Count and balance shift cash drawer
• Communicate as needed with management and next shift.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
