Your Challenge :

Manage sales directly to end-users of the organization’s products or services in a large specified geographic area or is responsible for a specific industry or product segment on a national or geographic basis.

Develop new accounts and maintains current accounts. May establish long-term relationship with accounts / clients

Identifies objectives, strategies, and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings for target accounts.

Manage accounts from discovery through generation of sales revenue and monitors strategic long-term customer relationships.

Participates in sales presentations for accounts.

Coordinates with other departments as necessary to obtain product information. Participates in planning and policy development issues.

Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly. Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates.

Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and promote sales.

Coordinates liaison between accounts department and other sales related units. Ensures the effective use of the sales accountability program throughout the territory.

Defines, documents, implements, and supports continual sales process improvement.

Maintains appropriate records and documentation, tracks, monitors, and reports sales data.
