We are seeking a motivated Director of Sales to represent our 61-room Holiday Inn Express Mebane property. This role involves managing accounts to ensure guest satisfaction and soliciting both past and new business to meet or exceed revenue targets. The Director of Sales will be responsible for acquiring new group sales accounts, entertaining, and maintaining relationships with existing accounts to achieve revenue objectives in room bookings, food and beverage (if applicable), and meeting room rentals. An IHG background is preferred. Hotel sales experience is required. This position includes a Sales Bonus Plan based on criteria, along with a monthly cell phone stipend.
