CUSA, LLC, one of the most successful hotel management companies in the industry is searching for a Front Desk Agent for the My Town Extended Stay hotel located at 110 Extended Lane Anderson SC 29625. When joining our team, you will be joining a company who prides themselves with providing exceptional guest service, recognizing our associates as our best asset, and providing value to our business partners and owners.
Our front desk agent will :
- Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
- Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
- Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
- Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
- Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
Background check will be completed on all applicants
Salary : $13 - $15
