Qualifications* you will bring to the table:
- An Associate's degree or equivalent experience in related business fields
- 0 to 5 years’ experience in supporting the Architecture Engineering industry or related field
- Basic Knowledge of project management software, AIA and EJCDC contracts, Deltek Vision and Vantage Point, Procore, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Outlook
- Understanding of budgetary Management skills
- A solid understanding of scheduling, basic budgeting, accounting skills and a working knowledge of architecture, engineering and/or construction administration
- The ability to collaborate and communicate with other team members

As a Team Member at Cushing Terrell, you will*…
- Assist in the development of the project budget and project plan, alongside the Project Managers
- Assist the Project Manager with planning, coordinating, communicating and maintaining the project schedule
- Participate in project coordination, contract, and agreement proceedings
- Create, assemble, and distribute contract documents in AIA software
- Facilitate client, contractor, and project correspondence
- Create project team directories, lists, schedules, and related project documentation
- Manage project directory files
- Manage File Archive (contracts, invoicing, NBD/Fees, other)
- Manage project documentation to include scanning, editing, proofreading, printing, distribution and record keeping
- Web research
- Collaborate closely with design leaders and teams
- Coordinate, organize and manage QC document management process
- Assist with Accounts Receivable Management
- Produce/edit job specifications manuals for distribution
- Assist in bidding process (maintain logs, send out addendums, other)
- Produce and track various job specific reports, spreadsheets and documents as requested by PM (CO, COR, RFI, RFP, change directives, field reports, meeting minutes, punch lists, other)
- Manage team travel
- Coordinate with Project Managers on Cushing Terrell’s project billing and accounts receivable
- The majority of the time, a person in this role will be sitting in an office with limited physical requirements. This may require individuals to bend, stretch, twist, and reach.
Your pay
The salary for this position is based on the location/s posted. If you are a candidate living outside of (this region/these regions), we still encourage you to apply as salary ranges may differ across states/cities/job markets.
- Expected Range*: $51,000 to $65,000 annually
- The position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus
- The actual salary offered for the role will be determined based on various factors including but not limited to; years of experience, certifications, location, level of job-related knowledge, and other job-related factors (as permitted by law).
