Job Description
Responsibilities
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Implement various learning methods (written materials, live virtual and in-person training, job-shadowing)
- Design and deliver courses, workshops and other trainings
- Develop resources such as standard of process (SOP) guides, presentation decks and short video tutorials by working with stakeholders and aligning with platform and client process requirements
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Help managers develop their team members
- Management and ownership of SharePoint site, including document management and audit
- Create and execute PMO communications, including weekly newsletter
- Support PMO in overall process improvement strategy
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Experience in Project Management, Commercial Real Estate, Financial Institutions or similar
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation experience
- Sharp business acumen
- Ability to build rapport with client, leadership and project team

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
