This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position may require occasional travel to meet with vendors, visit properties, and attend industry conferences.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may need to travel from floor to floor, climb stairs, and may be required to travel outside between buildings in varying outdoor weather conditions. The employee may also be regularly required to remain in a stationary position (sit or stand) for 85% of the time; regularly operate office machinery. Must be able to travel up to 30% of the time. Travel may vary in frequency and duration.

Essential Job Duties:
- Provide marketing support and assistance in coordination of all aspects of the internal and external corporate marketing/branding of Cushman & Wakefield’s Asset Services platform
- Assist with creating and/or editing the content of marketing materials, proposals, case studies, personnel resumes, email blasts, invitations, announcements, presentation boards, etc.
- Proofread copy for spelling, grammar and layout, making appropriate changes; responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy
- Apply corporate brand to all material and maintain consistency in appearance
- Assist with proposal responses and pitches to include extensive writing and editing of proposal content and graphics
- Assist with internal and external communications including website, intranet, social media, press releases, announcements, advertising, etc.
- Assist with event and project planning; may specialize in events, design, PR, etc.
- Assist with data capture, entry, and maintenance of database
- May be asked to provide content development
- Content Creation & Editing: Skilled in creating, editing, and proofreading marketing materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand standards.
- Brand Management: Strong understanding of corporate branding principles and ability to maintain consistency across all marketing materials.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in drafting content for proposals, social media, press releases, and internal/external communications.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to proofreading and ensuring high-quality output for all marketing collateral and deliverables.
- Project Coordination: Experience in planning and supporting marketing projects with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3 years marketing communications or related field, multifamily marketing preferred
- Experience creating and editing marketing materials
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Superior organizational skills; sets priorities; meets deadlines; and carefully proofs own work
- Ability to work in a stressful, fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects at any given time
- Energetic, tenacious, dependable, proactive and takes initiative, takes pride in work, and works well within a collaborative team
