What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custer State Park Bartender position at Custer State Park Resorts?
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Custer State Park Resorts. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a bartender or in a similar customer service role. They will be knowledgeable about various types of beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer, and will be able to effectively communicate with guests to determine their preferences.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to patrons
- Taking orders from customers and bar waiters/waitresses
- Conforming to pour portioning standards set by the General Manager
- Serving wine and draught or bottled beer
You will also be expected to:
- Verify the minimum legal age (21) of any patron who appears to be 30 years old or younger
- Collect money for drinks served
- Order liquors and supplies
In addition to these responsibilities, you may be assigned other duties to support fellow staff members in achieving the company mission.
