Service Coordinator
Ensures continuity in all critical client touch points between client and Custom Air. This position is focused on the accuracy and timeliness of client deliverables and scheduling technicians.

- Associate degree or related field (Bachelor’s Degree Preferred).
- Customer Service experience required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer incoming calls in a professional manner and provide information to the callers. Take messages and transfer calls.
- Enter and schedule Service calls and maintenances into our Database.
- Maintain client information.
- Coordinate call for dispatch and communicate with technicians.
- Knowledgeable of all aspects of the service department; parts ordering, residential contracts (pricing and selling to the customer over the phone), commercial contracts and truck stock inventory.
- Set up and manage electronic filing systems.
- Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
- Monitors and reviews service calls and PM activity (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Activity

- Proposal recommendations
- Recommended repairs
- Escalations
- Issues Purchase orders and organize technician’s parts for pick up or staging.
- Coordinates all EFM tools (electronic facility management)
- SAMPro
- Client web-based systems (tracking, updates, submissions etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Clerical — Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures and terminology.
- Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
