Job Description
The Front Desk Administrative Assistant will assist, coordinate, and communicate information with various internal departments, along with customers and associates of the company. Primary responsibilities include maintaining front office requirements, managing customer visits, purchasing responsibilities for both Genoa locations, primary phone receptionist, processing department documents, and other responsibilities as they develop.

Key Responsibilities
· Maintain requirements of front office
o Greet and direct all visitors, vendors, clients, and customers
o Ensure completion of paperwork, sign-in, and security procedures
o Coordinate customer visits, order & set-up lunches, stock conference rooms
o Manage office supplies
· Primary phone operator for Genoa and South Elgin locations
· Issue purchase orders and process received deliveries
· Process monthly inventory from various divisions
· Assist with office projects from various departments
· Organize and catalog daily shipment documents
· Assist with processing ISO documents (Quality, Safety, and Environmental)
· Coordinate interviews for HR department and maintain applications
Skills/Qualifications:
· Associate degree preferred
· Experience in a business environment
· Bilingual preferred
· Knowledge of a manufacturing environment a plus
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
· Experience with AS400 program a plus
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize
· Organized, accurate, and detail-oriented
