Custom Business Solutions, a Michigan-based talent agency, is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst for a hybrid workplace opportunity in Southeast Michigan. Qualified candidates submitting an application will be considered for this contract opportunity.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILL SET:
- 5 years of Systems Analyst experience with client-facing responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Technology, Digital Business, E-commerce, or related field
- Proven success as self-starter with the ability to connect multiple workstreams
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct in-depth interviews, gather requirements, and identify dependencies and areas for optimization
- Develop documentation, including data mapping and transformation, API specifications, workflow diagrams, etc.
- Review reporting and dashboards and develop/execute detailed test plans internally and with partners
