Job Description :
Under general supervision, following specific instructions, well-defined procedures, and utilizing the company’s computer system and ADP’s Workforce Now, employee prepares payroll for hourly and salaried employees. Preparation of Payroll related Journal entries will be required as well as taking on such tasks as processing and entering weekly timesheets. Performs other related tasks as assigned. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform its key responsibilities. Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the key responsibilities. This position is on-site .
Key Responsibilities :
- Payroll liaison with ADP.
- Processes bi-weekly payroll and manual payroll checks for both hourly and salaried employees :
Organizes and maintains payroll transaction information.
Process data and transmits information to the Plan’s Provider.
