A self-starter with a strong work ethic, you’re comfortable working in the field, collaborating with team members, and engaging with caregivers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support the administration of recruiting policies and procedures.
- Utilize recruiting platforms, job boards, social media, email campaigns, cold calls, and other strategies to identify active and passive talent.
- Source candidates for diverse roles and skillsets.
- Conduct structured phone interviews to assess potential candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Participate in networking activities, including career fairs, industry expos, and niche association events.
- Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of talent to meet current and future needs.
- Recommend candidates to hiring managers, providing detailed documentation to support hiring decisions.
- Assist the Human Resources department with additional responsibilities as needed.
