Director of Operations, Home Staging and Interior Design

Custom Home Staging and Design offers a variety of design services, as Director of Operations, your primary role would be to oversee our staff of Designers, support personnel and Installers and manage day to day business operations. This includes payroll, marketing, inventory, sales and more!

Daily tasks may include but are not limited to:

• Managing Sales and Design Team, including hiring, managing and dismissing employees as necessary.
• Manage Time Cards and employee documentation of reviews, and discussions.
• Complete Payroll for all Direct Reports
• Providing guidance with general questions, helping solve issues, negotiate with customer requests, assist with customers requiring additional attention
• Ensure processes and procedures are being followed by sales staff.
• Assist sales staff with closing sales, negotiating and client requests.
• Holding regular team meetings.
• Assisting Designers in overcoming challenges with installs including creative use of inventory and providing feedback on designs.
• Help plan promotions, marketing and networking events, as well as oversee Marketing budget and spend.
• Managing inventory levels, including working with our buyer on desired new products and moving unused inventory to the outlet.
• Attend Market in Spring and Fall to assist with buying.
• Collaborate with Warehouse management in overseeing Installers and ensuring they are meeting expectation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
