Main Duties:
• Welcome guests and show them to their tables
• Take orders and input them into our system efficiently
• Familiarize yourself with our menu offerings and make recommendations to guests
• Provide exceptional service by refilling drinks and checking in during meals
• Handle guest complaints and escalate issues to management when needed
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
Requirements:
• Prior experience working as a server in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work well under pressure
• Knowledge of food and beverage regulations, as well as wine and spirits knowledge
• Physical stamina to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
