What we're looking for :
We are seeking an energetic Local Community Associate to drive sales growth and strengthen community connections through in-person engagement at our local hub . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and customer service, with a knack for building lasting relationships and a strong understanding of community dynamics.
- Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally in a community-focused role.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Google Suite and comfort learning new technical systems; Salesforce experience is preferred.
- Must be comfortable with traveling within the local market and participating in local events (approximately once per month on average).
- This role is 100% onsite and requires a consistent in-person presence to engage with the local community and drive business growth.
For this hourly role, the pay is $23.05 / hour, plus a 10% bonus based on performance.
