We have an opening for an experienced Medical Editor. This is a Temp to Perm position with full time hours.
Join our team of committed and hardworking specialists in our deadline-driven publishing group. We take pride in working collaboratively to create the best print and online training materials in the business for our Fortune 500 clients.
Responsibilities include :
- Proofreading and editing medical / scientific-related scripts, storyboards, print layouts, and multimedia presentations to ensure their correctness, clarity, and quality
- Apply style and preferences specific to each client or project and avoid inappropriate cross-pollination of styles
- Review documents for adherence to formatting and style and maintain consistency across multiple deliverables
- Perform quality check of eLearning, mobile applications, workshops, and print modules
- Prepare bibliographies and QC references to ensure accuracy and preferred client reference citation style
- Maintain internal database for all journal and textbook references in EndNote
- Create and update client specific wordlist / style guidelines
- Upload documents to clients’ electronic referencing systems
