Project Manager / Estimator

Overview:
1. Lead Generation & Sales
● Identify and pursue new project leads—some will be provided, but we expect you to think creatively and proactively to generate your own.
● Leverage company tools, technology, and marketing strategies to build a pipeline of opportunities.
2. Estimating & Closing Deals
● Handle intake and assessment of new leads, conducting site visits or virtual evaluations to provide accurate, competitive quotes.
● Follow up on all estimates—whether securing the contract or understanding why a prospect didn’t sign, helping refine future pricing strategies.
● Work towards on-the-spot quoting and successfully closing deals with credit card deposits, ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.
3. Project Management & Execution
● Once a project is signed, coordinate with the team to review scope, expectations, and logistics.
● Collaborate with the office to ensure scheduling is accurate and projects stay on track.
● Oversee materials and equipment orders post-contract and deposit.
● Assign the best-fit team for each job, confirming dates and expectations with the client.
● Follow up post-project to ensure customer satisfaction and request a 5-star Google review.
Qualifications:
✔ Strong communication skills, with the ability to confidently initiate conversations and build rapport with new customers.
✔ Proven experience in estimating, project management, and sales within the electrical or construction industry.
✔ A track record of providing accurate bids and maintaining accountability for numbers, with a strong focus on tracking and improving bidding accuracy.
✔ Familiarity with flat-rate pricing or assemblies to streamline the estimating process and improve efficiency.
Salary : $50,000 - $80,000
