In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal part in our Sales Office, collaborating directly with clients during the inquiry and booking phases under supervision. Your responsibilities will extend to coordinating, designing, and meticulously planning events, focusing particularly on our wedding clients. Includes the requirement to be in the shop/venue once each week.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Collaborating with clients during the inquiry and booking phases
Coordinating and overseeing events with a specific focus on wedding planning
Assisting in sales activities and providing exceptional customer service
Facilities Management of Venue Space and Inventory
Office/Venue shifts (1-2 per week)
Bi Weekly Venue Visits
Hosting Open Houses
Conducting Venue Tours
