DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collaborates with other departments and leadership to identify and develop the required components to build new CMC equipment and support CMC’s spare parts business including commercial, machined, and fabricated parts.
• Prepares and presents market conditions and cost reports
• Prepares and processes purchase order and requisitions for materials, supplies, and equipment.
• Manages vendor base and work with engineering to reduce costs through commercial and design improvements.
• Resolves grievances with vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
• Develops new suppliers as required to support CMC’s growing business.
• Maintains and/or implements purchasing and recordkeeping systems in compliance with CMC’s ISO Certification process.
• Coordinates removal or disposal of surplus material.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Any other duties as assigned.
