Custom Mobility is an accredited Rehab Equipment company based in Largo, Florida and specializes in mobility products and complex rehab equipment. Our manual and power wheelchairs are individually fit for our clients who require wheelchairs in their daily living.
The Receptionist receives and directs calls coming into the company. The position also directs e-mailed faxes which must be sent to the appropriate staff member or departments. Other data entry functions are included in this position, as time allows.
The receptionist greets clients coming to the facility for servicing of their equipment and directs other guests coming to the business. The company also has a wheelchair accessible van division which brings clients wanting to purchase a vehicle or have their vehicle serviced. The reception- customer service area can be a very busy area at times.
Previous experience in the Durable Medical Equipment company is beneficial. Fast paced
environment requires detail oriented, organized individual with proven communication skills, and computer knowledge. The ability to work with the public is essential.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
Full Time position - Hours of position are: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday
