We offer a wide range of services, including custom outdoor kitchens, patio covers, fire features, and more.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated receptionist/administrative assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic. They will also be proficient at Microsoft Suite and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: In-office
Schedule:
- 8am – 4:30 pm
- Monday to Friday
Pay: starting at $15.00 (based on experience)
Duties:
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls
- Set appointments using Outlook
- Liaise with vendors and clients, providing excellent customer service
- Greet and assist walk-in customers in the Showroom
- Greet clients for scheduled appointments
- Maintain accurate client records & assist with project set-up
- Assist Office Manager with duties
- Maintain showroom cleanliness & assist with presentation set-up
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, invoicing, and general administrative support
- Additional tasks to be added as necessary
