We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing them with necessary information and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely responses and effective communication.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Utilize Office 365 Suite for document creation, data management, and communication tasks.
- Provide personal assistant support to executives or team members as required.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Provide administative support to Human Resources, Finance, and Clinical teams.
- Must be highly organized, have strong attention to detail, positive attitude, friendly disposition.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is essential.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate documentation.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
