Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of architectural woodwork projects
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, and quality standards
- Provide regular updates to senior management
Required Skills:
- Proven project management experience in architectural woodwork or other relevant industry
- Strong understanding of woodwork design, fabrication, and installation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
- Proficient in project management software
- Strong in contract management and negotiation
- Understand industry standard
Wage: 75,000- 90,000 DOE
