Summary: 

The Information Technology Summer Intern will report directly to the Director of Applications. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and technical requirements.
• Support IT teams in system testing, troubleshooting, and validation of business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Assist in creating process flows, user guides, and training documentation.
• Participate in meetings with business users, IT teams, and vendors to understand business needs.
• Perform data analysis and generate reports using SQL, Excel, or BI tools.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM).
• Assist in change management and end-user support for new system functionalities.

Profile: 

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information technology in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Basic understanding of business processes and enterprise applications. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio). 
• Knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools, or ERP/CRM systems is a plus. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
